How to apply? Taking an appointment is mandatory

1. Visa requirements

Before booking an appointment, please check our website to find the required documents for your category of visa.

2. The Consulate General of France in Miami

You may apply for a visa at the Consulate General of France in Miami if you are resident of the following countries / territories:

Applications from B1/B2 visa holders are not accepted. These visa holders must apply in their country of residence.

3. Personal appearance

For security reasons, all applicants except children under the age of 6, have to appear personally at the Consulate General of France in Miami.

4. How to set up an appointment?

The visa section is open to the public on appointment only, no walk-ins allowed.

• No appointment can be made by phone or by e-mail.

• Should you encounter technical difficulties while booking your appointment, please note that this program is not compatible with the following browsers: Safari, Google Chrome.
  Apple computers must download Firefox for Mac.

• Make sure you bring all the required documents when coming to the Consulate General.

As slots are limited, it is strongly recommended to book as early as possible.
