How to apply ? Making an appointment is mandatory

The visa section is open to the public on an appointment basis, with no walk-ins allowed.

IMPORTANT !

Applicants who do not have an appointment will NOT be accepted.

During peak travel periods and holiday seasons, applicants are advised to take an appointment as early as possible. Consider taking an appointment for a day that is at least 2 weeks before departure but not more than 3 months in advance).

In the summer and winter, the planning may be full with no appointment available for up to 4 weeks.

Every day, some applicants do not show up to the appointment settled. If you cannot come to the appointment you settled, we thank you for cancelling it on the website to make slots available for other applicants who are waiting to get one. See the "How to cancel an appointment ?" section below.

For security reasons, only the applicant can come to the appointment.
No accompanying person will be allowed to wait with the applicant.

Because space is limited in the surroundings, DO NOT come too early before your appointment. Applicants will not be allowed to wait in the hallway. They will be asked to wait in the watercourt downstairs.

We thank you for your comprehension.
